For the first time ever I purchased a Cobra 29 LX FM CB radio along with a Firestick 3 way CB mount, CB antenna fold down mount and the Firestick dual coax cable. I most say that very happy with my purchase. I am the type of guy that doesn't like to drill in the interior of the vehicle so I installed it on my truck bed toolbox in which it provides the necessary 60 inches of separation needed to work accordingly.

Purchased the 2015 silverado hood bracket, hd spring, 4 foot FS antenna. Installed perfectly. Ran coax thru the plastic grommet next to the upper driver side door hinge. 1.1:1 with bearcat 980ssb.😎

Hello all , i have to redo my first revue of this antenna when i first got it i thought it was a lemon. but after tracking down the prob i had with my coax a rat had gave it a munch on in the wall , i replaced coax and all was well , it is a PREMO. vert Ant all though i do think it could be even better if it could be tuned from 25,800-29.000 mhz so it not as tuneable as the A99 but its still pritty good. i did put a GP kit on my one. i would have got a A99 but thay wont ship it to kiwi land as its too long so thay say.
i put heat shrink over my PT99 to protect it from the sun.
