Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders $75 and up qualify for free 3-day shipping within the contiguous U.S.  Our shopping cart page will let you know the latest an order will be delivered to your doorstop, so you don't have to worry about when it will arrive.  This date is the latest your order will be delivered, and customers often receive their orders in just 1-2 days.  In the very unlikely event your order is delivered later than the date we promise, let us know and we'll issue you a $50 credit for the hassle.

We ship via both UPS and USPS depending on where you live and what you're ordering.  If it's important we ship via a certain method, please contact us before ordering to ensure proper shipment type.  We also ship to select international destinations, including Canada and the U.K.  Shipping quotes for these destinations can be found on the shopping cart page.

While we do offer guaranteed three day shipping, we don't offer guaranteed 2nd day or overnight delivery through our standard checkout.  Based on the size of our products (especially long antennas), these types of shipping options quickly become exorbitantly expensive.  However, if you're close to one of our shipping warehouses (located in Oregon and Michigan) we may be able to get you a product within 1-2 days via standard shipping.  To check, please contact us and we'll let you know if that's an option based on product availability.

No-Hassle Return Policy

Returns with us are fast and hassle-free. You can return products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product and/or if we make a mistake. To return a product, please contact us to request a return authorization and for shipping information.  Please do not refuse the package and/or ship it back without contacting us first, as this usually results in problems.

To qualify for a full refund, non-defective merchandise needs to be in new or like-new condition, should contain all the original accessories and be returned in the original packaging. We will promptly credit your payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc) upon receipt of your return. Products that are damaged or found to be defective will be replaced by Right Channel Radios at no charge. Again, we will cover all costs to replace a defective item.

Due to special requirements from Galaxy, all Galaxy radios requiring service or repair work must be sent directly to Galaxy, even radios that are dead on arrival (DOA). Because Galaxy does not allow us to accept returns of any kind from customers, all Galaxy radio sales are final.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Bitcoin as payment for orders.  We do offer Net 30 / payment terms by check for eligible businesses, municipalities and government organizations.  Please contact us for details to learn more, or if you'd like to apply for a credit account.  

We don't currently accept checks for personal orders.
