This glass-mounted kit is ideal if you need a low-profile, easy-to-install CB antenna for short-range communications. You won't have to drill any holes, and the installation is simple, using adhesive pads for mounting on glass surfaces. The kit includes a small removable fiberglass whip antenna, a tuning collar for easy SWR adjustment and 16' of RG58U low loss cable with a soldered PL-259 connection. Please note that while on-glass antennas are convenient, they're not well suited for long-range performance and should be used only for short-range CB needs of half a mile or less.

Decent Antenna

Good for short range and works just fine ( paired with a President radio), however the adhesive that holds the antenna to the glass turned loose after a few weeks and there's really no way to reattach it.

Perfect as usual!

Both antennas and coax were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. I haven't got a chance to hook them up yet. Have been a loyal customer of Right Channel Radios for a few years now and have always been impressed with their products and customer service.

thru the glass cb antenna

this unit didn't work for nothing. ended up with a traditional fiberglass antenna set up. would not recommend this piece.

Works as expected

I purchased this antenna for use in the truck terminal I operate so I can communicate with inbound trucks. So far I have been satisfied with its performance. I have it mounted on a window that has 1/2" thick glass. I only need to reach about a square half mile area and this antenna does just fine. This was the perfect item for my application because I did not need to drill a hole in the wall to mount an antenna outside.
