I purchased the truck mount for my 2018 Chevy Silverado and the mounting position blocked the shroud cover slot next to the A pillar. So I had to drill 2 holes closer to the fender so I could mount the mount. Everything else is working perfectly fine.

I asked them a question about a new CB antenna since I only had used a fiberglass one. I was buying a President Iowa, and was going to mount it on my ditch lights. They recommend what to buy and both worked out great. Now, unfortunately the antenna was delivered bent, but I have a feeling that was due to the shipping company. I wrote Rught Channel and sent pictures of what came in. Without question they sent me another one with no charge. There customer service is excellent and they got back to me real fast. I purchased a President Walker, a President Jerry and asked for a cigarette lighter plug for the Walker. Ordering was efficient, shipping was fast and 99% happy. Not sure why a cigarette lighter with a 3 pin connector for the radio wasn’t sent rather than bare wire one, but I will survive that. I later ordered an antenna and again received good service and quick shipping. Good product and good people.
I had a very easy ordering experience. The company has gone above and beyond to put out videos on YouTube and elsewhere about all the products. I am not new to CB radios, but it has been 20 years, so I needed to get familiar with what I needed again. This company just makes it easy! I believe I got some good equipment and as soon as I get around to hooking it all up it will be a lot of fun.
What can you say, I’ve been playing with radios since for ever, picked out my stuff everything shipped really fast, I even forgot one item contacted them and they got right back went over my order found the hiccup ordered it and got it couple days later. After searching extensively for a well designed antenna mounting bracket for my amateur (Ham) radio antenna, I came across a great mount at Right Channel Radios. It is the most discreet and easy to Hood Mount I have ever seen for my 2003 Chevy Tahoe. The fit and location are perfect! After finding the mounting bracket, I had thought I may have to modify the opening from 3/8" to 3/4" to accept an NMO antenna mount. However, I emailed Right Channel Radios and received a prompt reply from Pat Haggerty, who not only answered questions about my needs, but provided an option for an NMO coax cable which would fit the Hood Mount perfectly. I ordered them both and have just finished the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out.
