Product Highlights

  • 18' Pro Ring low profile coax cable with 1/2" hole
  • Provides a clean look and easy to install

Description

This 18’ coax cable is unique because it leaves your mount at a 90-degree angle, perfectly suited for low-profile, tight installations. The FME (for mobile equipment) end is reduced from 3/4" to 3/8" with a threaded connector, making it much easier to run your coax through narrow spots. It screws on and off with ease, making installation, drilling and cable routing much simpler.

New to CB Equipment

I have been an amateur radio licensee for years (KC1FWU) and have always had a 440/2-meter radio in the vehicle I was driving, however, I missed out while on long hauls because I did not have 11-meter (CB) on board. With the purchase of a new truck I have fixed that problem.

I purchased an NMO with coax attached along with a FireStix antenna from Right Channel Radios. Got the CB installed in the truck today along with the Kenwood A71V 440/2-meter radio. I am styling now. LOL.

Right Channel Radios has been very helpful in securing what I needed to buy, PLUS they have a great sense of humor.

The only suggestion to folks is to buy a more stout antenna spring then you think you might need. I will be buying the next up more beefy one.

Pro comm Pro Ring 18’ Coax

The length was just right on my 2 door Bronco Badlands. It went from the tailgate opened all the way through right side through passenger door jam seal and across fire wall where I mounted it to a molle plate right before the passenger grab handle on console.
