Noise cancelling CB microphone.

I ordered this for my husbands to use with his cb in his tractor trailer. He says it is great and works very well with his cb. The mic he had was not noise cancelling and so he could not hear well or talk to others without them complaining about the background noise and now they all ask him what he did to fix his cb and he tells them it's the new mic.

Best Mike

I've been a Truck Driver for 30 years and this microphone is just kicks ass. This is the best mic I've ever had! I put it on a pumped up Galaxy 959 and it really helped!

Decent Microphone's Initial Problems

I like the microphone as it works well. Initially, when I put it in the radio the clip attachment came loose and I had to disassemble the mike and repair the metal attachment part. It was pressed together and was not assembled well, it fell apart in the first twenty minutes. I run a truck yard service company and use the radio for dispatch and yard supervision so I am on the radio a lot. On the good side, the attachment was METAL so it could be easily repaired. The factory microphone was all plastic and could not be repaired for the same fault.
