Good For Medium Range / Power

Previous mobile setup was a 102” whip - purchased this Cobra because I didn’t want to drill into a new vehicle.
Good little antenna for medium range and power ( I’ve put 200 Watts into it on SSB ). Don’t push it to max spec. to prevent coil meltdown.
The rubber base protector is a bit loose, so you may want to put a coat of dialectal grade grease around the rim to prevent water seeping.

What an excellent antenna. Paid perfectly with my New President Bill radio. I installed the radio and the antenna, went out to a field and hooked up the SWR meter and adjusted the antenna 1 time to get a reading of 1.1 This worked really well on our trip to South Dakota and back to Colorado.

Cobra 75 WX ST CB Radio

I purchased a Cobra 75 WX ST CB radio, Magnet Antenna, and Extension speaker, from Right Channel Radios. Their service was excellent, I received the order in just a couple of days.
