Supports antennas up to 4' tall and includes an antenna stud compatible with terminal or ring-style CB coax cables. This is a no-drill install that attaches easily to your existing hood bolts. Mounts to the driver side only.

Compatible with:2004 through 2008 Dodge Ram gasoline trucks. This mount is not compatible with 2008 and newer Dodge diesel trucks due to unique diesel hood designs. Lug stud requires a terminal or ring-style CB coax.
Installation Notes:This mount attaches to the driver side hood rail using existing bolt holes. Simply place the mount over the hole in the hood rail and attach the bolt.

If you have a Dodge Ram truck from 2004 to 2008, this is the mount for you! It installs on the hood channel and is compatible with antennas up to 4' tall. Quality stainless steel construction for rust-free performance and durability. Includes a lug-style stud, so a ring or terminal coax cable connection MUST be used with this mount. This mount is not compatible with 2008 or newer Dodge diesel trucks due to unique diesel hood designs. The mount is 5.5" long by 2.125" wide and mounts on the driver side only.

Does the job, could be better...

It works, it does what it's intended to do, but it could be better, should have another hole in the mount to secure it in the fender channel, I just drilled one and put a bolt in, otherwise with anything over a 3ft steel whip, the mount flexes and bounces a considerable amount driving down the road. Overall it's a satisfactory mount that works with a little tweaking. For reference for others I put a 4 ft fiberglass firestick on mine, and the mount is clearly not designed for that. But again.... if you can use a drill, it's fine overall.

Great mount!

This mount was a perfect fit for my 2008 Ram 1500. It is chrome and is strong. It works great with my 4ft Firestik. Its plenty strong and I doubt it will ever bend.

Buy it you wont regret it!!

I installed the hood mount on my truck as soon as I got it. And I love it!! It’s sturdy and looks great on my truck!! I highly recommend this!! You wont be disappointed!!

Perfect fit!

Works great. Fit is perfect. I drilled the antenna hole larger to fit an nmo connector for a ham radio antenna and it is great.
