Spruce up your backside with this CB antenna mount for your Jeep JL's tail! This polished aluminum antenna mount easily attaches to the tailgate by removing the two bolts on your hinge (accessible after removing the spare tire). No drilling required, resulting in a clean, factory-looking install.

This polished aluminum antenna mount, specifically designed for Jeep JL's (2018+), easily attaches to the tailgate by removing the two bolts on the hinge, accessible after removing the spare tire. That's not what it's made for!

I bought this to mount a spring base, Stainless Steel AM/FM radio antenna to the side of our travel trailer so we can get better reception and weather information while enjoying our camper during our travels. I mounted the antenna high, about 3 inches below the roof line. The spring base takes the impact of tree branches without snapping the antenna off.
It took a little ingenuity to adapt the large mounting holes for a secure fit to the camping trailer but it was well worth the scavenging for small parts and spacers.
I know. That's not what it was made for, but it works!
