Spring works well with 2019 Ford F250 Hood Mount and 3' Firestick Fire Fly Antenna
I ordered a Complete Kit for my 2019 Ford F250. This requires specific mounting hardware due to Aluminum Body. This was a President Bill CB, Vehicle Specific Hood Mount, Ring Fire flat Antenna connector, Firestick antenna , Spring and Quick disconnect. The Kit came in on time, very easy to install and tune. I am familiar with Installs and Routing but Right Channel sent follow links with all pertinent information to allow for a successful install. The install went excellent with great tuning results. Mounted CB on back of my GMRS radio. This is a great company to deal with,they have a great information library and good service. I would recommend Right Channel Radio to everyone!

Great compact cb with an excellent display!
At first, thank you, RCR, for the fast delivery. Last week I installed the radio in my truck. Thanks to its compacter size it fits well in the console (in front of the shifter) of my 2. gen. Nissan Frontier.
I routed the antenna cable backwards through the center tunnel, from there under the carpet under the drivers seat, then to the rear of the cabin in the cable channel under the door sill trim. There is a rubber plug right next to the cabin vent (king cab), large enough to feed the cable with the connector through. Great:-) Antenna (5' Firestik) is attached via the "Universal 3-way mount" and some large washers to the existing "Utilirack" channel system.
I had to fit a somewhat longer bolt on the antenna to get SWR down to 1.3.
So far very happy overall! Best thing on the President Thomas is the large display. Easy to read, especially for folks my age 60+...
The reception is very clear and the automatic squelch seems to work good.
In the few days after the install I haven't had a chance to make some conversation, though. Like in Europe (where I came from), CB has gotten rather quite?
