We are currently hiring for the following position:
Customer Service Representative
Position Type: Part-Time (28 hours/week)
Salary: $12-14/hour depending on experience
Job Overview:
Our Customer Service Rep provides killer customer service through responding to customer emails regarding product inquiries, service requests, returns and technical assistance. The Rep resolves their issue and recommends products needed for a great radio system. Our ideal candidate has a technical knowledge base of how radios function and can easily learn the particulars relating to CB and GMRS radio systems. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can easily and enthusiastically communicate with our customer base and who can help them solve their issues when installing a new CB or GMRS radio system.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Promptly answer customer help emails and live chat messages
- Route orders
- Process customer returns
- Must be available online from 9am-4pm MST (minus 1 hour break) Monday through Thursday, 9am-1pm MST on Fridays
- Must have reliable internet access & personal computer equipment
Our Perfect Candidate has:
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Great troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Friendly demeanor
- Past experience with radio/technical systems
- Working knowledge of U.S. automobile makes and models
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- Preferred experience with Shopify and data feeds
- Preferred experience with an online customer service software
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills; American English required.
- Strong organization skills
- Proficient typing skill (40+ wpm)
