Bandi Mount for FJ Cruisers

Originally created by Bandi of www.FJCruiserforums.com (and NOT BigBill25 as we previously posted incorrectly - our apologies!), the "Bandi" mount has become one of the most popular ways to mount a CB antenna to 2007 and newer Toyota FJ Cruisers. The mount requires no drilling and installation is fast and simple; the mount bolts onto the existing rear door hinge. Installing a CB antenna on your FJ couldn't get easier!

Important Considerations: We recommend using the Fire-Stik FireRing coax cable with this mount as it's smaller profile works best in the confined underside of the mount. Additionally, the mount is powder coated, which prevents the mount from grounding. You'll need to scrape off some of the powder coating where the mount touches both the frame and the antenna stud in order to achieve a proper ground for your antenna. Failure to do this will prevent your CB antenna from functioning properly and will likely result in high SWR.
