The Cobra 75 is our most popular compact CB and the top choice for off-road vehicle owners! All radio components are built in to the compact 3”x4” handset, making this an ideal choice when space or mounting options are limited. If you need a CB in your vehicle, but don't have the room for a more traditional-sized CB unit, this is the model for you. The Cobra 75 WX ST is an all-in-one unit that contains the entire CB radio (microphone, controls, speaker, display) in the handset. As the unit can be removed from the mounting box, a single Cobra 75 WX ST handset can be used in multiple vehicles simply by purchasing additional Cobra 75 WX ST remote mount boxes. This also allows the mounting box and subsequent wiring to be tucked out of sight for an extremely clean and professional installation. If the radio is in a Jeep or other unlocked vehicle, it can be easily unscrewed from the mounting box for safe storage.

Just purchased this product, but have several clients that have this model and love it. I just want to say this company is AAAAA+++++ in my books. Great to do business with, excellent communication, even a "live" phone call. Unheard of this in this day and age. Will definitely purchase from them again! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE! THESE GUYS ARE ON IT!

This radio works well, I cannot knock this radio!

This radio works well, it really is everything you need in a radio. I like the simplicity, it lacks "all the knobs," less to go wrong. At work we use Cobra Nightwatch 29, the guys who don't know how to run CB's always play with the knobs and get them wrong.

The compact size makes locating it easier. I installed this in my dad's jeep wrangler with firestik coax and a Wilson flex antenna. Tuned to 1:1 SWR. To be towed behind RV, also outfitted with CB. I have the same radio in my jeep wrangler and have put it through the test over the last several years. Rubicon trail in winter and 105 summer heat, slamming on rocks that would knock your fillings lose, broken motor and trans mounts etc., radio has held up. Looks as though it might be the same chassis as the little k40.

I cannot knock this radio however it could use a mic upgrade, something with gain control.

Rating 5/5, it does everything it supposed to.

I got everything on time. I already had the same model of CB in my
motorhome and it died after 7 years. That is why I ordered the same one. It
is compact and very easy to use. I would rate it 5 as I am very
satisfied. I cannot compare it with other units as this is the only one I had.

For the occasional off road use CB, I do not think there is a better option than this!

I recently purchased this radio for my 2004 Land Cruiser. My needs are communication between vehicles on occasional off road trips with groups of friends. I did not want to eat up space by mounting a permanent regular CB. The all-in-one handset that can be disconnected and stored in the glove box is very attractive.

Before buying I read reviews with negatives like: the speaker is completely unusable, the buttons are hard to use, and you can hit the buttons too much accidentally. After a recent full weekend of use, I found none of these to be nearly as bad as reported. The speaker built into the hand set is not the best, but I found it perfectly usable. Long term I plan on using a AUX audio input for the CB into my factory stereo and use the car speakers for the CB chatter. The buttons worked fine, and I never changed anything accidentally.

Install was a breeze - pull power and ground, mount the connector plate somewhere convenient and it's ready to go!

For the occasional off road use CB, I do not think there is a better option than this!
