We are very happy with our purchase from Right Channel Radios. Eva was very helpful and informative to me on the phone helping me make the right choices for our needs. We ordered three President McKinley radios, one A-99 base antenna, two Wilson 1000 antennas, one Little Wil antenna, 100’ coax for the base, an SWR meter, a DC power supply for the base, and two cigarette power plugs. Several items began arriving the very next day and by the third day all have arrived. Great people, fast delivery. Excellent experience! We will purchase more from them for our radio needs.

Always have everything needed to reinstall my radio every time I replace my pickup. They are able to answer all my questions and willing to help with installation instructions. Would never consider purchasing my CB equipment any place else

RCR carries exactly what I needed for an antenna instal on my F150. I don't like the aesthetic of the fender mount on pickups and a roof magnet mount puts the tip just too high for overpasses in my region. The Firestick Side Mount (along with a homemade mounting bracket to account for the non-vertical surface on the rear pillar of the cab) worked out perfectly. Very pleased with ordering process, communication and shipping....best part of the entire experience were the shipping/order status emails I received. Whoever is responsible for this needs recognition and a raise for their creativity with these email updates. Made me feel very comfortable with my experience with RCR and if I ever have to call for assistance I'm certain I'll reach a human that actually answers the phone, speaks english and helps with whatever issue I may have. Won't deal with any other company for this reason alone. Hats off RCR, you're doing it right!!! God Bless the USA!!!!!!

I placed two orders a few days apart. The second order arrived fast via UPS. The tracking of the first order showed that it was picked up by USPS, but no updates after that (NOT the fault of Right Channel Radios). After almost two weeks of not receiving a new update, I contacted Right Channel and asked them to look into it. They immediately responded and apologized informing me that the package had been lost (again, not their fault) and processed a refund right away. I was very satisfied how they handled the situation. I would definitely order from them again.

I was searching for the right CB antenna, quick disconnect & coax for my 2019 GMC Sierra. There's a lot out there, but was glad to find Right Channel Radios. They've made it easy with their vehicle selection tool to find the right combination and at discounted prices.

Their series of articles and videos are very helpful.

Delivery was very quick and the Customer Service was superb. I had everything installed but was concerned with amount of play / wiggle from the quick disconnect. I sent them a short video and they sent out another unit to see if would be better / less wiggle. I'm not sure it made a huge difference, but I appreciated their desire to be helpful. Here's a short video with 2nd quick disconnect.

Lastly, I learned that when tuning the SWR, make sure to put the rubber tip back on the antenna EVERY time to get accurate readings. I found out the hard way, not thinking it would matter. The readings were vastly different.

Everything arrived fast and intact. However..., the lack of instructions with the antenna proved frustrating. The auto SWR on my President Harrison radio did not work. I watched many Youtube videos on SWR calibration. I assumed you loosen the Allen nut and raise and lower the antenna. I removed the 2 rings thinking they were for some mount. Finally I discovered the right video from another company and learned the rings are what you move up and down, not the antenna itself! (#*^! Anyway now the CB works fine, and my SWR is around 1.2 I blame President for not providing instructions with the antenna.
