General CB questions (range, overview, usage, etc.)
For general questions regarding CB, please see our video on Key CB Radio Concepts. This introductory guide to CB radios answers most questions asked by those new to the field.
The right equipment for your specific vehicle/situation
We've created a number of resources and guides to help you understand and pick the best equipment for your vehicle and situation. Please refer to our video guide, Picking the Right Equipment, as well as other resources in our CB Resources Library. Due to the large volume of inquiries and technicality involved, we're unable to provide assistance on a case-by-case basis for selecting equipment. However, we've worked hard to create several detailed guides to help you pick the best equipment possible.
Questions about a specific product on our site
If you have a specific question about a product on our site that isn't answered in the product description, we'll do our best to answer it. If you have a specific product question (as opposed to general CB use questions – please see above) please contact us.
Products that aren't listed on our site
Our website features the most current offerings of the products we have available for sale. If a product isn't on our website, we aren't selling it at this time.
Item availability (in/out of stock)
Nearly all the items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship, with the exception of items marked “out-of-stock." We do our best to keep out-of-stock items clearly marked on our website, but occasionally customers order products that have recently been depleted. If you happen to order an item that is no longer in stock, we'll contact you quickly via email to let you know.
If you'd like to confirm the availability of an item before ordering or would like to know the ETA of an out-of-stock item, please contact us and we'll be happy to let you know the item's status.
We are unable to offer radio peaking and tuning services at this time. All CB radios can be peaked and tuned by a reputable CB shop of your choosing once you receive your radio.
Substituting/swapping out an item in a package
We'll usually allow one substitution per package or combo deal. For pricing information on your specific request, please contact us.
If you're unsure which items work together, please make sure you've watched our videos on Key CB Radio Concepts and Picking the Right Equipment. Both discuss the different types of equipment and their respective compatibility. Additionally, we review all orders placed to make sure that all parts are compatible with each other. If you've ordered items that won't work together, we'll contact you before shipping to make the appropriate changes.
