Teraflex CB Antenna Mount

The mount is very heavy duty and thicker than it looks. It will support any antenna but I would recommend using the support bolt for more stability.

This is a very good mount if you have a wrangler. Easy to install, very strong mount, sets antenna high, and looks awesome!

After looking at several antenna mounts on the market for my Jeep TJ, I decided to go with the Tereflex mount. Not only is it durable, but it's also discrete and keeps your antenna fairly well protected while doing serious off-road trails. Another benefit of the mounting location is your overall coax cable length. Standard kits come with 18' of cable. By mounting your antenna in the rear of the Jeep and your radio up front, you don't end up with several extra feet of cable to hide away somewhere in the floor. The best advice I found for installing this mount was to file away all of the powder coating from the mounting holes. This will ensure that you get a solid ground connection when mounted to the body with the provided hardware. Installation takes around 30 minutes. The only weakness I see for this type of mount is aftermarket trail armor or LED's for your Jeep. If you decide to install flush mount LED style tail lights or additional body armor you will have to relocate your antenna. Just food for thought.
