Great little radio, especially for the Tacoma I put it in. We are limited to
areas to put a large cb unit, but the mic fits perfectly on the dash or in
the center console. I dont see any issues with range on this little unit.
Tested cross-city communications, ~5mi with a Firestik.

I recently purchased a Cobra 75 WX ST from Right Channel Radios. I shopped at the internet and found that your price was the best and the shipping was very fast. I drive a '93 Jeep Wrangler and dash space is minimal at best so, the Cobra 75 was just what I needed to keep my passengers from banging their knees on my old Cobra 29 LTD Classic. I was able to install it under the driver side seat and the install went without a hitch. After using it out on the trail the first time I did notice the need for an extension speaker. I got an amplified extension speaker and installed it to the rear of the drivers seat and it works great! The radio receives better and transmits further than my old Cobra ever did! I like the ease and simplicity of having all of the controls at my fingertips and it's compact design makes it nice inside the cramped Jeep. I'd recommend this radio to anyone!

I'd rate my experience with Right Channel Radios at a 5! I'm very happy with my purchase and will look to Right Channel Radios for all of my future CB needs.

I've had this radio for about a month and it hasn't let me down yet. All the functions you need for off roading and then some. The inside of my Tacoma doesn't have a good spot to mount a standard CB so the cobra 75 was the perfect fit!!!

Great little radio. Compact and simple to operate. Every feature is truly at your fingertips and so easy to access! Display is adequate, day or night, with the green backlight. The radio was installed with an external speaker which I strongly recommend unless you hang the unit from your rearview. The speaker on the unit itself doesn't combat road noise too well, especially if it is installed below chest level. External speaker is a simple plug in. Good features on the radio. From the two-channel scan to the memory buttons. It's served me well on road trips so far.

This IS the radio you want for your Wrangler, with one addition - an external speaker. Even though it makes plenty of noise through the internal speaker/mike, once the volume is turned up to be heard on the highway or a trail, you need the external speaker for clarity at that level of volume. Aside from that, it has just enough whistles and bells needed, including the weather channels, and the feature that it can be immediately removed to prevent theft is slick. I have my "brains box" mounted behind the glove compartment--where there is ample room to hold it with wire ties and immediately tap a fuse. One nice radio.
