I received this unit last Thursday & changed out my Cobra 25LTD for this one. I thought I would never change radios until I found this 29LTD w/bluetooth. Easy to change, SWR was almost equal to the older unit, which I've had since 2003. I started in Cb's in 1970 with a Pace 2300 & a Realistic Navajo as a base. I've had two Cobra radios, a Cobra 19 & a 25LTD. I have a Lil Will deck mount on my Lincoln Town Car, which always gets a comment from truckers such as "I've never seen a CB in a Lincoln" which I reply "When I started in Cb's I drove a Ford" which is changed slightly. I have a Galaxy DX2547 (peaked), an Astatic "lollipop" mike on it & an Antron 99 as my antenna. I definitely will advertise this 29LTD to my friends & a few truckers I know. This idea is one of those "Why didn't I think of this" comments. My wife's nephew is an owner/operator of a rig & we always have a problem hearing him when he calls on his cell phone. I have yet to find any weaknesses in this unit & I definitely would recommend it to any CB users I run across. We went out for breakfast this AM & the skip was really rolling in. When I can hear both sides of a conversation that is way out there I know I have a good unit. Keep up the good work.

Just got the radio to replace an older model and have used it for about 1 and 1/2 months now. Bluetooth feature was a huge factor , also old radio was a Cobra .
Radio performs outstanding clear modulation and cool features (blue backlight/talkback) .Most impressive is the bluetooth for the cellphone. I can receave and make calls safely and don't have to worry about trying to hold a small cell phone while driving. I have two fellow drivers that are getting the same radio
Shipping was fast price was cheaper than the truck stop price eaven with S & H

Great radio....Owned about 6 months....I run this radio in my SandBlast rig (f-350 deisel 5 speed) Lots of noise and gear changing.

Pros = This radio works great because it's easy to hear the incoming calls on my cell phone and I don't have to fumble with the small keys on the cell phone while negotiating with the steering wheel and shifter. While shifting the mic can dangle in my hand using the cord and I don't have to lave the phone on the console. Not having to hold a phone to my ear while talking with a real speaker phone system is really nice. The redial is great also...push one large blue button and your back on the phone with the last number dialed. No small batteries to run down either.

Cons=Wish they made this with the Nightwatch faceplate. Blue leds are great during the day but wish the dimmer switch was a bit dimmer on the dim setting for night. Trying to see the faceplate at night is a little challenging but I can live with it.

Overall a great radio ....would recommend.
