Product Returns
Before initiating a return request, please review our policies regarding returns and replacements:
Returns for a Refund:
- Need to be initiated within 45 days of purchase
- Must contain all original packaging and accessories
- Must be in new, un-used condition
Defective Items & Returns for a Replacement:
- We will compensate you for any return shipping fees on defective products
- Once the product is received, we will send you a working replacement at no charge
- Needs to be initiated within 45 days of puchase
