Where is Your Phone Number?

Note to Existing Customers:  You can find our phone number listed on your order confirmation email. Please feel free to call with any order related questions (including placing new orders) as well as installation questions after reviewing our installation guides and/or SWR troubleshooting flowchart.

 We offer phone sales and support to existing customers but don't list it publicly. Why?

As a small team with limited staff, we often struggle to balance lengthy phone calls from window shoppers or people who are trying to get help with equipment they ordered elsewhere with providing great support to our existing customers and maintaining the industry's most comprehensive CB website. So we've made the difficult decision to prioritize phone support for our existing customers and building/maintaining our detailed website vs. having a public phone line always available for pre-purchase inquiries or first time ordering.

We understand this may not be the right fit for everyone.  But we promise to take incredible care of you if you decide to do business with us.  We'd encourage you to read the dozens of raving testimonials we receive monthly on our About Us Page to back up that claim.
