Review Guidelines

To qualify for a gift certificate, reviews must meet a few general guidelines:

• The review must be at least 100 words
• Reviews must provide an opinion as to whether the item is a quality and worthwhile product or not
• The review must not contain any objectionable or SPAM like material
• Each review must include a valid name. While a full name isn't necessary, a first name and last initial is required

Submitting Reviews

There are two fast and simple ways to leave a review and receive your gift certificate:

1. Submit Reviews via Email

You can email reviews to us directly at reviews@rightchannelradios.com. Please make sure to mention the exact items you're reviewing, the name you'd like on the review and the review text for each item. Also, please include a rating from 1(worst) to 5(best) as we use this in our review system. If you leave out a numeric rating, a staff member will assign the review one based on the review contents. Once we've verified that your reviews meet the review guidelines, we'll email you your gift certificate.

2. Leave a Review via our Website

To leave a review for a product, you can simply navigate to that product on our website and click the "Write a Review" button that appears in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you're unsure about the exact product(s) you purchased, simply email us with your name and/or order number and we'll send you a detailed list of items your ordered.

You can claim your gift certificate two ways when using this method:

• Include your email address at the top of each product review. We'll make sure to remove your address before the review goes live on the site as we screen all reviews before they're published. Once your review(s) are published, we'll email your gift certificate to the address provided.

• Email us at reviews@rightchannelradios.com and let us know which product reviews you've left. Once we verify that the reviews have been left and that they meet our guidelines, we'll email you your gift certificate.

Gift Certificate Incentives

To qualify for a gift certificate, all reviews need to meet our stated review guidelines above. All qualifiying reviews will be rewarded with a Right Channel Radios gift certificate per the following:

Number of Submitted Product Reviews per Order:

• (1) - $10 Gift Certificate
• (2) - $15 Gift Certificate
• (3) - $20 Gift Certificate

There are no limits to what gift certificates can be redeemed for on the Right Channel Radios site and there is no minimum order required! If a certificate is redeemed for an order less than the gift certificate amount, the remaining value of the certificate is not transferable to another order. Certificates must be used within six months of issuance. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your review and issue your gift certificate.
