We understand this can be a fear when considering an online purchase and we back our promise of outstanding service with a 120% guarantee. If you are for whatever reason unhappy with the service we provide, just let us know and we'll credit your account for 20% of your order amount. You read that correctly - we're so confident in our service we're willing to pay you if you're not completely satisfied with the service you received! This is a guarantee that backs the customer service you receive (shipping times, communication, ordering experience, etc). Due the large number of products offered and the need to follow correct installation procedures, this guarantee applies to the service offered during your purchase, not the performance of your equipment. Refund credits in excess of original purchase price are limited to $50 per customer. Shipping InformationWe offer same-day shipping and are usually able to ship UPS shipped orders placed by 2:00 Eastern Time the same day. Orders shipped via US Mail may take an additional 1-2 days to ship. Radios with the "peaked and tuned" option purchased take an additional 2-4 days to ship after ordering. In the event that a product is out of stock, or there is an issue with your order, we'll notify you via email within 24 business hours. While we do ship to Canada, we don't offer shipping to any other international shipping destinations at this time. Shipping charges vary by individual products ordered. The most cost-effective shipping method (usually UPS Ground) is always shown below your order sub-total on the shopping cart page. Due to the expense of shipping large items (such as antennas), some orders may not qualify for expedited shipping options such as 2nd or 3rd Day delivery. To see if faster expedited shipping options are available for your order, please either use the shipping calculator found at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page or proceed through the checkout process where all available shipping options are listed. While these transit times accurately reflect the majority of our UPS Ground shipped orders, they are not a guarantee of when an order will arrive or how long shipping will take. Shipping times can occasionally deviate from those indicated by the map above. When we have limited or no availability of an item, we may fill orders through partner suppliers located outside our primary region. In these instances, shipping times will vary from those listed above. If it's critical you receive your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will provide definitive delivery dates for your particular shipment. No-Hassle Return PolicyWhether you've experienced a serious case of buyers regret or you received a defective product from the manufacturer, you can rest assured that returning products with us is quick and painless. We understand that sometimes orders need to be returned and we offer a no-hassle approach to quickly getting you the refund or replacement you need. Return Authorization (RA) RequestsAll returns to Right Channel Radios require a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be issued by contacting us. RA numbers are issued with specific shipping instructions which must be followed for proper processing. Right Channel Radios will not accept returned merchandise without an RA number. Merchandise returned to us without an RA number may be returned to sender without processing. To request a RA number for a specific return, please contact us. Returns for Non-Defective MerchandiseTo qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be in new or like new condition, must contain all the original accessories and be returned unopened in the original packaging. Additionally, merchandise must be returned within 45 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. We are unable to accept returns on Galaxy radios (please see "Galaxy Radio Return Policy" listed below.) For obvious reasons we can't accept damaged merchandise, merchandise without all original components, or merchandise without all original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly credit your account. To return a product, you'll need to request a RA (Return Authorization) number for proper processing (please see the section titled "Return Authorization Requests" below). Wrong Products SentWhile this rarely happens, you can be confident we'll fix the problem at no cost to you. In the event you are sent the wrong product(s), we will pay for return shipping as well as shipping to send you the correct product. Defective Products / DOA (Dead on Arrival)Products that are damaged or found to be defective upon initial receipt will be repaired or replaced by Right Channel Radios. Products must be returned within 30 days or original purchase. While the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return any defective product(s), Right Channel Radios will pay for all shipping charges incurred in returning product(s) to customer. Returned products must include all original documentation, parts/accessories and packaging and be returned with an accompanying RA request and RA number (please see the section titled "Return Authorization Requests"). Product Failure/Malfunction after UseNearly all products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers the product against defect for a period of time after the initial purchase. Defective products can be returned to Right Channel Radios within 30 days of the date or purchase. After this period, products that malfunction are covered under the manufacturers warranty and are not covered by Right Channel Radios. The product's documentation covers the manufacturer's warranty and generally provides instructions concerning how to return products to the manufacturer for service. While Right Channel Radios will gladly assist customers in determining how to contact a manufacturer for repair information, we will not accept any used merchandise that has become defective after 30 days. While we will happily replace defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, we cannot replace or cover equipment that has been damaged by abuse, neglect or forceful impact such as snapped antennas, or radios that have sustained impact. Galaxy Radio Return PolicyDue to special requirements from Galaxy, all radios requiring service or repair work must be sent directly to Galaxy, even radios that are dead on arrival (DOA). Galaxy will not allow us to accept returns from customers. Due to these requirements, we are unable to accept returns of any kind for Galaxy radios and all Galaxy radio sales are final.
