IMPORTANT: When placing your change order request on the next page, make sure to select "Pending Order Changes" from the drop down menu. Failure to do this may cause processing delays, and your changes may not be caught in time.

If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can usually makes the changes you need! Based on your request, please realize that the credit card you paid with will either be refunded or credited. Please note we are not able to change or cancel orders once they have been shipped.
