If the contents of your package have been damaged during transit, we'll work quickly to get you a replacement at no cost to you.

VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure to keep the original box, product and ALL packing material. This is extremely important. If you don’t have the original packing material, UPS has grounds to deny any damage claim. Depending on the value of the shipment, UPS may schedule an appointment to inspect your order and will want to see all original shipment contents.
