Contact Us - Returns and Replacements

We'll do our best to make your return process as fast and simple as possible. All returns:

• Must be postmarked within 45 days of purchase
• Contain all original packaging and accessories
• Be in new or like-new condition if being returned for a refund

Once you contact us with your return request, we'll email you a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Regarding Galaxy Radios - Please note that Galaxy radios are not eligible for return under any circumstances as they carry a factory warranty only from Galaxy as disclosed in our “Policies” section, as well as on each individual Galaxy radio page. Please contact Galaxy's Warranty Department for repair of Galaxy radios.
