This radio was perfect for me. Its compact size makes it perfect to fit in a jeep. I installed it because I made a road trip to Cabo and I had to drive off-road for 90 miles. My cellphones didn't have reception, and this radio helped me to communicate with the truck drivers when I needed help. It doesnt have too many features, but I dont expect more than the basics from this radio.

Pros: Extremely easy install, set it up in about an hour. Everything needed was included with the package.
Cons: Could use an external speaker.
I use the CB for Off-Road trips; this made it easy to communicate with the rest of the trucks on the trail. On a scale from 0-5 I would rate this product at a 5.

This is a good kit for a great price. It included almost everything needed to install in my '09 Wrangler. There were a couple of things I needed to buy, such as an extension for the coax due to the 4 door being so long, and a new mount to go on the passenger side of the center console for the radio.

I did have an issue with the included coax cable in which some of the solder fell off during installation. I was able to solder the points back myself, however.

I bought the Uniden Pro 510 XL radio package. Fit real good in my jeep wrangler. Mounted on the dash. Tunned the antenna to 1.0 on the SWR meter. Transmits and recieves great. Been in a month now and it has been banged up on some real rough rides. Still working just fine. Was also happy with the price.

I purchased the Uniden 520 Jeep TJ kit with passenger side antenna mount. Very easy installation. Everything I needed for the install was in the kit. I just completed a Toysfortots 4x4 run in Missouri and could not have been happier with the results. CB was extremely crisp and clear and came in very handy on the trail rides. I would definitely rate this kit a 5 and have told friends of mine that off-road about Right Channel and how happy I am not only with the prices but with customer service. I ordered the Jeep Off Road Kit with the Uniden 510 and opted for the Teraflex antenna mount for the TJ. The order was placed on a Sunday, shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday.

This is a complete kit, and with the included SWR meter, I was able to get everything installed and get the antenna tuned.

You could order the same equipment elsewhere, but Right Channel has it all bundled in a well priced kit. I will definitely use them again and I'll be recommending them to others that are looking to purchase a CB or accessories.
