Firestik FS CB Antenna

I bought the 4 foot in black to replace the middle mounted factory antenna on my Honda Goldwing. I wanted to use it on my upcoming interstate trip. I have tested it around town and it recieves and transmits so much further than the stock one. I will wait and add to this after my trip. But, so far, it seems to work much better.

I mounted this antenna on the hood of my '98 Ford Explorer using the Firestik univeral hood mount. Tuning was very easy using the adjustment screw.

I purchased the Firestik 3' Antenna along with the Firestik 18' Fire Ring coax cable and Firestik adjustable bracket. I had very little problem installing the equipment on my 2006 New Beetle TDI, which was installed about a month ago (time flies). I get very good reception and transmission capabilities. I use the antenna with UNIDEN 538W CB with Front Firing speakers. I'd rate the Firestik antenna and the service 5 Star! Only drawback with the Firestik antenna is that it makes howling noise while driving. That is the only drawback. But I would still bu Firestik again and again because of performance.

I ordered this antenna (4') a few weeks ago and it is by far the best antenna that I have ever used. I used to use the wire whip type of antenna and the difference in reception is very noticeable. I would highly recommend this antenna.

I purchased a Firestick FS CB antenna with the tunable tip, a few months ago. I had been looking for the right company to buy one from, but none met my needs as well as Right Channel Radios. All the other companies charged ridiculous prices for the same antenna, and Right Channel's prices just could not be beat! I have been using it since the day I purchased it, and it has held up to everything. The reception is clear with both transmission and receiving on my cobra 35WXST handheld, and using the tunable tip is as easy as can be. It even fell off the back of my car on the freeway (my fault for mounting it wrong), and it still works like new! Tuning it with the tunable-tip was extremely easy, and took only about 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great CB antenna to use on anything from a car to big rig. I will also be buying from Right Channel Radios for any CB needs in the future.
