Get this radio. You will not be disappointed!

I got this radio in November of 08. So far no complaints. I just hooked it up to a temporary mag. mount and was reaching 10 miles. I drive a Jeep Liberty which is a little noisier than I realized. I have seen some complaints about the volume of the handset but I found the handset volume to be just fine. In fact I found it to be better than the external speaker I got. Get this radio. You will not be disappointed.

Great All-Purpose Radio. Easy to install.

The Cobra 75 is a nice self-contained full purpose CB unit. It proved very reliable on trail for which I originally purchased it. Its installation was rather easy and anyone could install this with no difficulty. It's best feature is the ability to quickly disconnect it and hide it out of site.

Great little radio. Compact and simple to operate. Every feature is truly at your fingertips and so easy to access! Display is adequate, day or night, with the green backlight. The radio was installed with an external speaker which I strongly recommend unless you hang the unit from your rearview. The speaker on the unit itself doesn't combat road noise too well, especially if it is installed below chest level. External speaker is a simple plug in. Good features on the radio. From the two-channel scan to the memory buttons. It's served me well on road trips so far.

Perfect for Off-Roading!

I've had this radio for about a month and it hasn't let me down yet. All the functions you need for off-roading and then some. The inside of my Tacoma doesn't have a good spot to mount a standard CB so the cobra 75 was the perfect fit!!!

Quality Radio & Great Service!

I recently purchased a Cobra 75 WX ST from Right Channel Radios. I shopped at the internet and found that your price was the best and the shipping was very fast. I drive a '93 Jeep Wrangler and dash space is minimal at best so, the Cobra 75 was just what I needed to keep my passengers from banging their knees on my old Cobra 29 LTD Classic. I was able to install it under the driver side seat and the install went without a hitch. After using it out on the trail the first time I did notice the need for an extension speaker. I got an amplified extension speaker and installed it to the rear of the drivers seat and it works great! The radio receives better and transmits further than my old Cobra ever did! I like the ease and simplicity of having all of the controls at my fingertips and it's compact design makes it nice inside the cramped Jeep. I'd recommend this radio to anyone!

I'd rate my experience with Right Channel Radios at a 5! I'm very happy with my purchase and will look to Right Channel Radios for all of my future CB needs.

Great little radio, especially for the Tacoma!

Cobra 75: Great little radio, especially for the Tacoma I put it in. We are limited to
areas to put a large cb unit, but the mic fits perfectly on the dash or in
the center console. I dont see any issues with range on this little unit.
Tested cross-city communications, ~5mi with a Firestik.

I got everything on time. I already had the same model of CB in my
motorhome and it died after 7 years. That is why I ordered the same one. It
is compact and very easy to use. I would rate it 5 as I am very
satisfied. I cannot compare it with other units as this is the only one I had.

This radio works well, I cannot knock this radio!

This radio works well, it really is everything you need in a radio. I like the simplicity, it lacks "all the knobs," less to go wrong. At work we use Cobra Nightwatch 29, the guys who don't know how to run CB's always play with the knobs and get them wrong.

The compact size makes locating it easier. I installed this in my dad's jeep wrangler with firestik coax and a Wilson flex antenna. Tuned to 1:1 SWR. To be towed behind RV, also outfitted with CB. I have the same radio in my jeep wrangler and have put it through the test over the last several years. Rubicon trail in winter and 105 summer heat, slamming on rocks that would knock your fillings lose, broken motor and trans mounts etc., radio has held up. Looks as though it might be the same chassis as the little k40.

I cannot knock this radio however it could use a mic upgrade, something with gain control.

Rating 5/5, it does everything it supposed to.

Just purchased this product, but have several clients that have this model and love it. I just want to say this company is AAAAA+++++ in my books. Great to do business with, excellent communication, even a "live" phone call. Unheard of this in this day and age. Will definitely purchase from them again! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE! THESE GUYS ARE ON IT!
