Types & Mounting: The ideal antenna and mounting location will vary by vehicle, but here are a few general recommendations: Cars & SUVs-> magnetic. Trucks-> magnetic or fiberglass. This glass-mounted kit is ideal if you need a low-profile, easy-to-install CB antenna for short-range communications. You won't have to drill any holes, and the installation is simple, using adhesive pads for mounting on glass surfaces. The kit includes a small removable fiberglass whip antenna, a tuning collar for easy SWR adjustment and 16' of RG58U low loss cable with a soldered PL-259 connection.
