Firestik CB Antenna Mounting Kit: This kit is for car the owner who is looking to mount his CB antenna on the trunk deck without drilling any holes in the vehicle. The mount in this mini-kit is designed for trunk applications. The mount bracket hooks over the rear lip of the trunk deck and is tightened from underneath with two allen head screws. There are no mounting holes! The bracket has two rubber feet on the bottom to give additional support to the mount. You get a "no-holes" mount and 18 ft (5.5m) of professional grade Fire-Flex coaxial cable (with Firestik's exclusive FireRing connector) all in one package!
Note: The PL-259 connector (radio screw-on end) is supplied in this kit but is NOT installed on the coax cable. This allows the cable to be routed into the vehicle through a smaller (0.375") hole. After the connector is placed on the coax, the center must be soldered to the PL connector.
