Truck Stakehole - Firestik CB Antenna Mount (Screw-on)

Firestik CB Antenna Mount: Those square holes in the bed rails of full size pick-up trucks are the prefect location for a "no-holes" antenna mount. The flat upper bracket is 6" (152mm) long and extends out over the bed rail so you may mount your antenna without losing the ability to mount a camper shell. Includes stud mount, stainless steel brackets and hardware, and a gasket to protect the vehicle finish.

IMPORTANT: When mounted in either of the stake hole pockets directly behind the vehicle cab, antennas that are shorter than 4-feet will experience substantial reflection from the metallic corners of the cab (between the side and rear glass). Antennas shorter than 4-feet will, in most likelihood, be difficult if not impossible to tune to a satisfactory SWR. Subsequently, antennas under 4' are not recommended for use with this mount.
